Customizing webmail login

I am moving cutomers from a Cobalt Raq4 server to a new Cpanel server.
Some of them are not so good at checking their mail, and have not read the info mail sent to them regarding new passwords etc.. Therefor I would like to edit the webmail login page to inform them about who to contact to get new passwords etc...

My question is, how can I edit the text in the popup login you get when you go to http://www.domain.com/webmail

Today it say only "Webmail" , and I would like to change that to "Please call XXXXX to get your new password"
