    According to the feature request on this, you cannot do that yet without also disabling the new File Manager.

    I was hoping the same thing but I guess we'll have to wait a bit.

    On the other hand, we ran Apache Update on our boxes yesterday and got some cool new things like EasyApache 3 without running bleeding edge.
