    Default DNS Problem

I have a reseller acocunt and some clients under me. I have a website hosted for my Reseller account too. The problem is with mail.domain.com this brings up the webmail login screen (For the reseller website) But for the under my account i get something like No website configured. etc and for one website http://mail.thewebsite.com brings http://www.otherdomain.com which too is hosted in the same server by another reseller.
I tried my best to be clear enought with my question. Any calrification, please post .

Basically, you should not be using mail.domain.com to browse to, that's not its purpose and as such mail.domain.com doesn't have entries in httpd.conf and will resolve to the first site with the same IP address that apache comes to.

This is true offcourse but do you have it like this also or have
    you done something ?

Lately a few clients has been asking about this because when they type
mail.domain.com they will end up on another website not theirs and they
do not like it. This can be abused very much also.

Does that mean i have to add it to the httpd.conf .

if yes where should i point the mail.mydomain.com to?

It still works for some of the websites but not all.

You would have to add it as a ServerAlias within the VirtualHost container for each domain.
