Domain acting as a file download

This is indeed something very odd, a domain of my friends www.thepalacehost.com is downloading as a file, i've donet he easyapache upgrade using Option 1 and Upgraded to 9.4 Build 40.

I'm not sure if i shoud wait a while, or just to submit a trouble ticket with my ISP / Cpanel ?

Anything would be greatly appreciated.

It's in your browser settings. Something happened to mine one day and it wouldn't display files, just try to download them. I tried a few of my sites and was getting worried the server might have a problem, so I tried a different one and same thing. Something in my file types setting was messed up.

What happens if you go to other sites?

The page redirects for me - and the redirect works fine . .
