how to solve domain which missing on Edit Dns Zone menu's but it show in list account menu's

The zone file is probably missing. Try to Add a Dns Zone for this domain.

On rare and seemingly unpredictable occasion, I encounter this myself. What I typically do is change the domain for the account and change it back. It's not an ideal solution, but it works in a hurry.

Though in the long-term it is best to let our technical analysts diagnose why this happens on your server so it doesn't happen again in the future.
