Domain poiting to a determined IP, asking to validate email

Hi, recently pointed a domain into a determined ip (diferent than the predetermined) and now every email sent to this domain is asking to validate the sender.
How can I correct this so the emails will work normally?

You will need to disable Boxtrapper for that user or domain.

Boxtrapper is the only thing that would ask for validation with emails.
