Default Don't see MySQL or Fantastico Icon

How to you put the MySQL Icon and the Fantastico Icon on the CPanel Display.

I just started and I manage to get all the Cpaddons loaded but they are not displaying under my WHM or Cpanel account.

I use to seeing these program there in my shared hosting but can't figure out how this is done with VPS hosting.

    Thanks in advance!

MySQL icon should be there because when cPanel is installed, it installs MySQL but Fantastico needs to be installed separately so that it can appear in cPanel.
