About LinkBacksI got Internal Error 500 on all directories which have "AuthUserFile" in their .htaccess, I rebuilt apache many time but it didnt workplease help

I got Internal Error 500 on all directories which have "AuthUserFile" in their .htaccess, I rebuilt apache many time but it didnt work

tail /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log and paste here
here it is:

is it module "mod_auth_basic" that i should check while i recompiling apache ?
