You can create a Certificate Signing Request from WHM of your server and purchase an SSL from a SSL provider using this CSR and then install the SSL via WHM. The account you want to secure needs to be moved on a dedicated IP though before SSL installation.
1 solution works for all problems. Trying harder!

What JPC-Howard has posted is correct. The account needing SSL must be moved to a dedicated IP address, an IP that is not shared with other accounts (e.g., not the main shared IP). Once the account is moved to a dedicated IP address then the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) and RSA private key may be generated for a new SSL certificate, and using the CSR an SSL certificate may be purchased and subsequently installed as performed via WHM. Another option to complete setup in one process is via the WHM feature "Purchase and Install SSL Certificate."

Here is related documentation that will help get started and clarify details of the using the features in WHM:
    Change Site's IP Address
Generate a SSL Certificate and Signing Request
Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain
    Purchase and Install SSL Certificate
