Entropy search problem

Hi,

We are a new web hosting provider company. While applying entropy search that is in our cpanel, it works but doesnt display any result.

I found somewhere that we need to write a file extension's list which cpanel has to read. Did not figure out anything from that.

Can you please suggest?
I used the CGI entropy search for searching my site.
