    Exclamation bind / dns not working correctly

    Name Server Activated

    These files are missing now as well but they do exist in the directory.
    server1# ls /var/named
    dev localhost.rev var
    etc named.ca
    localhost-v6.rev named.root
    server1#


    I now am completely unsure of whats going on.

    Default More info

    this happens when I go to Nameserver Setup.

    Did you try searching the forums first? Have a go with freebsd named if that is your OS.
