I'm having problems trying to create new packages. When I click "add", or get the message: "an error occurred while processing this directive" or simply do not get any message. He does not create the package.

What can happen?

Do you have root access on the server? If yes , I would suggest checking cPanel error log while creating the package to see any useful information there. You can also try a forceful cPanel upgrade. If you don't have root access and you have a Reseller account, you should contact your hosting provider.

Never faced such problem, but if it is managed server, you can ask your service provider or you can submit a ticket at cPanel.
