error installing phpBB via CPanel

Hi. I'm using cpanel 9.9.9-STABLE 15 and successfully installed phpBB 2.0.11 in one folder at http://mydomain.com/phpBB. I wanted to create my forums site under the folder http://mydomain.com/relationships. But all I received was the installation was successful error. No error code. Just that the installation was unsuccessful. Can anyone help? I tried to uninstall and the reinstall the relationships folder but I kep receiving the same error.

Any help would be appreciated.
