I need a web search engine on my site for customers looking for product.
I’m trying to install WebGlimpse 3.0.
http://webglimpse.net/
http://cpanel.webglimpse.net/
The instructions are very simple. However, when I try to install I get the following permission error.
FATAL ERROR
We are sorry to halt installation process due to fatal error!
Error: PHP configuration variable "open_basedir" is set on your server and blocks script to perform installation procedures!
Such error can occur when script encounters permission problems to access data files, binaries and etc. Current content of "open_basedir" variable is:
/home/texmood/:/usr/local/sqmail/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp
Please ask your administrator to remove this configuration variable for your domain.
I can not find this in the file manager.
Is this something the site administrator can do or can this only be done by the provider?
