Error in my control panerl

Hello

urgent help with my web, I put password protect directories although uncheck the option the Web is asking for user name and pass.
in my control panel I get this error

im having the same problem and my host sucks he takes like a whole week to respond to my tickets so can anyone help ?

Why don't you explain the problem a bit more clear then? Could it be a theme/style problem? Looks like it to me, but not sure. I don't have a file called Ftp.pm. Are you using rvskin by chance?

What Style/Theme are you using on your account?
What version of cPanel are you using?

Why are you still using a host that sucks?

i figured out the problem the problem came about because of a hard drive failure
