Error from park wrapper

Hi, recently a new error appear for our cPanel users, which are not able to park domains from Argentina (registrar is: NIC Argentina) into the accounts. Those domains are already registered and solving into our servers and functionally working.

The error says: ERROR FROM PARK WRAPPER: Im sorry, I couldnt determine the ips of the nameservers. Please, verify that the domain is registered with a valid nameserver.

Actually the domains are registered with proper DNS solving into our servers and ips.
What can be wrong?

For the time being to get past that error and allow the domains to be added, you could check this in WHM > Tweak settings:

Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that are not registered

Even though they are registered, the error message indicates the check for the domains isn't working to detect it. The above setting will bypass that check.

We had exactly the opposite with the co.za ccTLd (there may be others). Even though parking of unregistered domains is OFF in WHM, users can still park these without a problem. A ticket has been submitted last week.

Yes, bhd, and a case was opened about the issue as you were told on this matter in the ticket. The case is 43891 and actively being worked on for a resolution.
