Error when running: /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

When I run
Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
via SSH as root.

I recive the following error:
Code:
die [Cpanel::Sys::OS] Can not find distro version
exit level [die]
What does this mean?

If you are sure you are running it on a supported OS, then try updating cpanel and then testing it again. If you still get the error then you may want to have the cpanel staff take a look at it for you.

little help here

Updating cPanel license...die [Cpanel::Sys::OSCan not find distro version
exit level [die] 
i store a key and it's trial and i update my whm and it's same prob

this is my ip 81.25.143.10

and when i go to update license key

i got this messege

Hi!I had run on the same problem before. I am not tech savvy so I asked for my friends help. I needed it fast since my time is important to me. A friend suggested that we look on supportrix.com..A friend of hers had been raving about it. We tried it. They looked on the root of the problem and found the solution for my computer. I must say that I am satisfied with it.

You may want to look at the system requirements for cPanel/WHM:

System Requirements - cPanel Inc.

Ubuntu is not supported at this time.
