Hi,

Is Fantastico free or is there a payment. Also were can I find the installtion guide?

I have tryed contacting Netenberg.com as stated in the FAQ's but yet still no reply.

Depending on the data center your server resides on it may be free. You'd have to ask them about that. They do have a list of these companies on their main support page. http://netenberg.com/support.php
It is not free for all though. An installation tutorial can be found here on Netenberg forums.
