    Default Feature Lists

As a new reseller with a LOT to learn, here is my first question:

Most of the websites I develop will be static websites for business. Are there any quidelines on what WHM features I should give them or not give them?

Are there any sample WHM feature lists for different situation?

On the other hand, does it matter? Will my clients even need access to WHM or cPanel? If they take over the website, all they would need would be the Fantastico plugins...and Soholaunch.

    Thank you,

For my first post at this forum, I'm wondering the same thing. There are a LOT of features on the default list that I'm guessing my clients with simple, static sites don't need. Sample lists or a simple summary of each item would be great if anyone has a link...

    Thank you,
The general guideline is unless you feel there is a good reason to remove functionality, just leave it in. The purpose of cPanel/WHM is to allow clients to manage their own websites. The less you let them do by themselves, the more they will need to contact you to do for them.

The items in the feature list are generally self-explanatory. If you need help understanding a particular item, feel welcome to drop me an email at sales@cpanel.net so I can work with you one-on-one.
