File Manager missing in WHM 11.26.16

Hello, I have a dedicated and self-managed server which has WHM 11.26.16 installed but the only options that are available under the Cpanel section are:

* Addon Scripts (Deprecated)
* Branding
* Enable/Disable Outlook AutoConfig
* Install cPAddons
* Manage cPAddons
* Manage Plugins
* Modify cPanel/WHM News
* Reset a Mailman Password
* Shopping Cart Reset
* Synchronize FTP Passwords
* Upgrade to Latest Version

I've looked at the "Feature Manager" and the check box for "File Manager" in the default feature list is enabled. I've tried disabling it and re-enabling it to no avail. How can I get my File Manager? Is it possible to re-install that function and only that function somehow? Thanks in advance for any help.

Those items you list are in WHM. You need to login to cPanel to access File Manager. cPanel and WHM are two different interfaces.
