file_get_contents - need help

Hi, I have 2 cpanel accounts and I need to pull in data from 1 to the other using file_get_contents.

When I go to the url in a browse I can see it perfectly.
When I use file_get_contents on another account I get the error

Warning: file_get_contents(http://joomla.quantumtek.com.au/beamanager) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home/manager/public_html/index.php on line 2 

When I use the same piece of code on a completelly external server the page content is loaded in succesfully.
