Do you mean files are being deleted from your cPanel account? WHM is the server side of things, cPanel is the user side where you'd be uploading files.

How are you uploading the files, via File Manager or FTP client?

If you're changing your password and it seems someone is still getting back into your account, you might want to make sure your anti virus is up to date and perform a full system scan on your home computer to be sure there's nothing fishy going on, locally.

    It happens.

    Hii

whenever i upload the files to cpanel, finally it goes to WHM server, am I right? last week i uploaded the files again but again files have got disappeared automatically.

I am using Core FTP client to upload the files to server. My antivirus is up to date and I am changing the password on weekly basis but still i am facing the issue.

Could you please advise me on that? whats wrong with my account?

First of, Some more info is needed,

Are you the owner of the server ? Do you have WHM access, Or are you a client on a webhost ?

Actually, Either way root or client owner, If things get delited then your security or password has been compromised !

But try explain a little more then we can help further.

As you are having shared hosting plan and your hosting provider having access to server. There for we can't help you in that case. Its always better if you contact hosting provider and ask them to check the cPanel access logs as well as FTP logs for deleted files. As well as download backup for your hosting content hosted under your hosting account on your local machine and scan it to remove viruses from hosting content.
