Not sure if this post goes on PHBPP site or Cpanel so im putting on both.

When I try entering my Forum i get this message.

Please ensure both the install/ and contrib/ directories are deleted

Are these directories on Cpanel? If yes then where? So I can delete them.

Those directories will exist in wherever you've installed PHPBB in your home directory. Most likely under public_html/forum. Look at the URL for your forum and exchange www.domain.com with public_html and you should be able to find those directories in the file manager.
