Forward or don't forward an email, depending on attachment

I'm asking this question without really having an idea how to do this, or whether it can be done.

Basically, I have a single mail address which is being forwarded to approximately ten other emails. One of these mail addressed would like to receive only emails that have an attachment, and would not like to receive any other emails.

How would one try to do this?

Any help is appreciated.

This may very well be possible, however it would be a customization of Exim, and we could not support that directly. Although I may be able to point you to a site that may help.

However, I'm looking for a fairly simple/straightforward solution to this problem. Customization you're talking about is a bit too much for me at the moment, so in reality it is not an option.
