free trial of cpanel?...

Hi,
i was told by a friend that i could download cpanel for trial?...

i would like to download cpanel and install on one of my old home computers to learn how to use andhe said that i cold get a trail which lasted 30 days or somehing like that.
i have looked but i cant find anything. is this avalible?...
