Which FreeBSD Version?

Well, i;ve had problems identifying what i want installed, basically I want a working cPanel, and I was wondering if FreeBSD 5.2.1 may be compatible with WHM / cPanel.

I really don't want to use the 4.XX versions because they are dated, this is sort of a noobie question so I put it here.

My Options are 5.2 or 5.2.1, as I see it.
