Fresh cpanel install erro

Hi!

I'd like to instal my third cpanel server, I had registered a free trial license, for the new IP address. When I install Cpanel to Centos5, I have error during install process, and show az IP address, which is another server of mine. It says:
" Fetching http://layer2.cpanel.net/installer/ (0) ....@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx....connected......receiving.....Error 1.1 while fetching url http://layer2.cpanel.net/installer//installer

Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of my other server.

Any idea why can't I install cpanel???

I highly recommend letting technical analysts login to your system to determine what the cause of this issue is. This specific issue would not be caused by license issues.
