Front Page Extension problems

Here is the list of events and my current problem:

1. Installed new client site on server

2. Uploaded all files for site, everything working great.

3. Changed username for client log-in to cPanel (per client request)

4. Now client "cannot" access his site through Front Page.

5. I re-installed F.P. Extensions but got this error at start of re-install:
safe_chown: Error Fetching the uid/gidsafe_chown: Error Fetching the uid/gid


My thoughts are that when I changed the username, this is what messed up the Front Page Extensions.

Any ideas as to if this is the problem and what I can do to fix it????

I would uninstall FP extensions and remove all FP folders and files from
the account that start with an underscore character and then I would
install the FP extensions again.

See if that helps ...

I will un-install FP Ext. but the only file (folder) that I see listed is _fpclass.

Could this be the only one??

Got it fixed! I ended up deleting the entire site, resetting it back up and uploading all files.
Works great now.
