FrontPage Extensions won't reinstall

OK so I get it that FrontPage is practically extinct but I am hoping someone can help me resurrect my extensions until I can get my website completely redone! I've been able to publish from FrontPage perfectly until today and now FrontPage says extensions may not be installed on the server...so following advice found online I uninstalled them and have been trying to reinstall, but no go. Keep getting this:

And after all this cPanel keeps showing "not installed". Help!!!! And I am not a very advanced web designer so please keep it simple if you can!
