    Default FrontPage, SSL and Cpanel

As I use FrontPage for all my work the following statement is important to me. I was using this set up with no problem and then something happened and on asking to have it looked at was told that I would have to write Scripts and not use FrontPage.

    If this Correct.

“The Latest version of Cpanel installs the upgraded version of FrontPage extension and it won't allow FrontPage forms with SSL. Since this is a server-wide setting, we regret to tell you that we cannot change the FP extensions in the server“.

You should be able to use frontpage-ssl if you have a ssl host setup.

    Nick,

By SSL Host you mean a cert for the domain itself not a shared server certificate, correct?

It appears that cpanel's FP implementation won't run fp bots through SSL. I've done some looking and it appears that is very commonplace. However, Ready to Run's version of the FP extensions will process bots via SSL.
