FTP Account deleted or not?

I have deleted certain FTP Accounts but it still appears under Ftp Disk Usage/Quotas. Is it deleted or not?

Also under subdomains one of my subdomains doesn't show under the subdomain list.

I'm confused.

Are you the server owner, if so you could check the files in /etc/proftpd/ to see if the users have been removed. If not, then you need to ask your hosting provider these questions.
