FTP login with root password

Hello,
I was able to login to user FTP accounts with my root password, however it doesn't work lately. Where do i check it?

Go to WHM >> Main >> Service Configuration >> FTP Server Configuration.

Right at the bottom, you'll see an option 'Allow Logins with Root Password'.
Make sure it is set to 'yes'.
