FTP is not working

My FTP is not working it give me error status Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Could not connect to server
Any can suggest me what may be region for that ???

Go to your WHM and go to restart services and restart ftpd

In that case I would like to recommend you to restart the FTP service and if you are still having any problem then try to stop the server firewall temporarily and check it whether its working or not?

It may also be possible that FTP port 21 has been blocked by your local system Firewall or ISP. You may try after disabling the local system firewall.
