FTP Problem: 452 Transfer aborted

Hello

I am a relatively new user to CPanel and WHM and am not sur eif this is the correct place to post this.

I have one account on my server that has this particular error. Unlike the error there is plenty of room in the account, yet it will not upload the file, it just writes the filename.

Here is the error as logged in WSFTP:

STOR codenotusedfromindex.txt
150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for codenotusedfromindex.txt
Transmitted 866 bytes in 0.2 secs, (44.44 Kbps), transfer succeeded
452 Transfer aborted. No space left on device


Does anyone have a potential solution for this?

Hi,
This means that the server thinks you have no space left in your account.
If you exceeded your quota limit delete some file and try again

Thanks Bijo but like I said in my original post there is plenty of room in the account.

So this doesn't solve my problem.

" 452 Transfer aborted. No space left on device"

Please check the quota of the user and also check the hard disk space
Run this command help you to find out the disk space and disk usage
du -csh
df -h

May be this will help you to solve this problem
