Is it possible using some API for example PHP to get Coutry Code of a users.

If you're talking about cPanel users, you could have a script that processes /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log for accounts and IPs and run those IPs through a IP to Geo location script or module to produce the information you need.

But my question not about CPanel users.

It's about user's location who access my pages, and I want to generate different content on a page according to their location.
Is it possible programaticaly in run time to find out country code. This statistic information avaliable in CPanle
