Global FTP Account

Hello,

I have been trying to figure something out, but am not successful. We are a software development company that is also providing web hosting for our customers. We have the individual accounts for each user, and that works great. What we are hoping to do is have a global account for each of our developers so that we can track what work they are doing on the customer accounts as well.

Is there a way to do one of the following:

1) Create a global FTP username/password combination that will be nice with the permissions for each account and that can span all of /home, even when new accounts are made?

2) Automatically create new FTP accounts for our developers when a new account is created, similar to the FTP account created for a new user account?

As I said, this is to help track work that our permanent developers do.

You can use WinSCP or BitKinex software to login to your server using SSH. These are windows based software ( you will find them as FTP). This way you can access all the domains (/home)
