Have a question about file manager.

When I get into file manager and I upload a HTML document (like a new page for my website, it loads. But the thing is when I go and edit a page to add the new one in (With the Hyperlink) and the page i loaded into file manager isn't showing.So what is going on? I've had no problems til today.

Have you tried checking if the permission is set correctly to 755 (rwxr-x-r-x)? You may want to check on it and try to load your page again.
