IS there anyway which i can clear this error? i gone search thru the net which requires to change setting in the php.ini but how can i access to it?

That looks more like a PHP coding issue than a server/PHP interpreter issue.

The source of your error is HTTP headers (which typically include session information) cannot be sent once non-header information (e.g. HTML) has been sent to the browser. It will be up to you to determine what PHP code is causing this and to take corrective action.
