Having trouble uninstalling Post-Nuke [moved]

Hello I recently tried to uninstall Post-Nuke from Cpanel however it states that I first need to Prepare Post-Nuke for Removal by clicking this button. It comes up, "Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/rsauxil/public_html/prepare_removal.php on line 22" Would this be with my firewalls on my computer, the server's firewalls or something other than that? I did download Post-Nuke into my root directory of my website.

So far as I know, it would be your server's php.ini file. Disabling shell_exec is a security measure to help prevent people from having "too powerful" access to some php funtions.
