cPanel/WHM does not yet support RoundCube 0.3. Are you making your own installation of RoundCube by installing it onto your hosting account? Or are you customizing the server so when you go to http://YourDomain:2095, you can use RoundCube 0.3?

There's no easy way to implement this. Essentially you need to use our APIs to modify the password on the email account, and find some way to implement this into Roundcube. I'm not personally familiar with Roundcube's internals, but I'll be glad to assist you with our APIs. If you want to go ahead with custom coding this solution, let me know.

In the meantime, you can find more information about our APIs at WebHome < AllDocumentation/AutomationIntegration < TWiki

You could call our Change_Password API2 function documented at:

PasswdRef < DeveloperResources/ApiRef < TWiki

This API2 function can be called via our XML API. To make it easier to do this, we have created a PHP 5 class you can use, which is available at:

http://sdk.cpanel.net/lib/cp_xmlapi_php.tar.gz

We have some sample calls to API2 functions bundled in that archive with the PHP 5 class.
