Help email forwarding problem

I have two websites running cpanel.
company1.com
company2.com

company1 uses pop3 and company2 has and exchange server managed by me when company1 sends and email to company2 it get's kicked back.

the message is gooing to the name server in red that is the hosting not my server I need it to go there is there a way to forward them to my outside IP?
