Help on useing Cpanel

Ok lets just say I read all the support, help , and flash type links about cpanel for the last week and I still can not even get how to make a web site useing it. Lets also act like I've never done this before and I have no idea what I am doing. Please know that I have done sites before just NEVER useing cpanel and now I know why. I've used site with some type of web builder on it.

So in the long run how do I get my HTML files loaded so that people can see my site.

You need to ftp your webfiles into your webspace. Cpanel is really meant to help you administrate your webspace after you have set up your website. Hope that helps explain it for you.
