Angry Home folder problem

my home folder is disabled and it's icon is off,and when i want to access it shows no records but i know i had something there.what should i do to enable it?

Can you please elaborate on your situation. What do you mean by "home folder" and are you referencing something in the cPanel interface, WHM interface or somewhere else such as FTP?

You should contact your hosting provider regarding this issue. Only they would have sufficient access to restore proper ownership and permissions to your files and directories.

I go to the cpanel,file manager then my home(root) folder.it shows no records found and when i want to upload a file into that folder a message saying you don't have permission to write appears.
