Can you setup a account in whm for the domain your server is on?

I keep getting "Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf?) "

You can but its a little bit trickey to do. Essentially, there should already be an account set up which points to apache's default directory. You can either modify that, OR, create an account, remove the hostname ( change it ) in httpd.conf, then modify the new account with the hostname. You will then probably want to drag the vhost entry to the top of the list for that set of IP's and set the hostname back.
