Thumbs down Hosting Provider owner has disappeared and 20 000 sites are down [moved]

We are clients of Newista, Inc (www.newista..com)

And since 25'Aug we can't access our sites.
As I know there're hosted about 20 000 sites and all them have the same problem.

And look what we have when we are trying to connect via IP:

    Unknown License File Version
    Verification Server: verify.cpanel.net
    Verification Ip Address: 69.90.250.56
    Auth Server: auth.cpanel.net
    Auth Ip Address: 198.66.78.9
    License Hostname: ronnie.anonydns.com
    Main Shared Ip: 69.16.223.75
    Main Server Ip: 69.16.223.75
    License Version:
    System Id: c82762942be2
    System Time: Mon Aug 28 09:16:28 2006
    Current Time: (License File Invalid)
1 69.16.223.75 using package LIQUIDWEB-INTERNAL and is licensed though: Liquid Web Inc (active on: 2005-11-12 01:41:18, group: Liquidweb*) and is expired/deactived by matt@liquidweb.com on 2006-08-25 14:48:38.
2 69.16.223.75 was using package 15-DAY-TEST and was licensed though: Direct Licenses (active on: 2005-11-01 04:42:59, group: Newista) and is expired/deactived by matt@liquidweb.com on 2005-11-12 01:41:18.

    Attempting Reactivation in second(s)!

Updating Internal cPanel Information.... The cPanel license server said that your license has been expired. For more information visit: http://www.cpanel.net/lic.html The exact message was: The license is expired. (69.16.223.75)! . Done

IT IS very bad and unethical conduction!
Why 'cause of one hsoting provider more than 1000 companies must suffer? And there's no any notification or warning for us.

How can we resolve this problem?
How to change situation to better way?
    Please recommend something.

    Thanks.

    Look:

    Makio,

You must contact the company you are a client of, Newista, for details
on this situation. They are aware of the reasons involved.

Please contact "support@liquidweb.com" if you have further questions.

    Sincerely,

    Matthew Hill

This is not related to cPanel in any way and so is innapropriate for these forums. You should take up any issues that you have with your web hosting provider.
