    Default hostway? ticket

    iam trying to create a ticket for hostway after spending three hours iam nowhere.is it usual thing with this site?

    Hostway ticket system has nothing to do with cPanel. On their ticket system page I just had a peek at, below where you login to the system is a link titled "Important Information" if you click to expand that there's an email address there you might use to bypass the ticket system and get right to a real person, quicker.
