How to add domains??? (resellers)

I'm new at this, and i'm trying to add my first domain. Do i need to make a folder for this new account? I'm planing on adding more, so i can't just put index.html anywhere, right? Also, the domain the account is under, can that be changed? If all this sounds like i need to go back to school first, let me know, i understand

access your control panel via http://domainname:2086

create a package with the required features that you want to give to the domain. then use the add account to create the domain using the package given to you.

after the domain is created; you will see /home/username/public_html folder created; into which you will have to upload the index.html. for ease; just ftp and do a 'cd www' and you will be inside the folder to upload the index.html.
