Are you also the admin of the cpanel server? If so, log into the WHM and Edit DNS Zone.

If you are not the admin and are just a customer of somebody who runs a Cpanel server, you will have to contact them and ask them to add the appropriate CNAME record to DNS for you.

If you have a reseller account, you may have access to 'Edit DNS Zone' in the WHM as well.
