How to create a new database?

I do not understand how to create a new database, all mysql services are this:

It apears that you're looking in WHM. You create databases from your cPanel account. In your cPanel, find the MySQL databases icon and click. On the page that opens click the Video Tutorial button at top of page for a brief visual description of creating a new database.
