How do I Create a reseller account with reserved resources?

The situation is I would like to setup a reseller account with the cPanel account of the reseller plan to include 5GB of disk space and 10GB of bandwidth, in addition to the resources they are allotted to resell.

So if I offered a reseller plan for 40gigs of disk space and 80gigs of bandwidth they would get a total of 45GBs and 90GBS respectively.

Any help on this is appreciated.

I found out what I was doing wrong I had set the new reseller account to own their own account
